Call to Register your Projects for Renewable Energy Certification (RECs)

We at RENEX are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to participate in the first-ever local renewable energy certificate program. As a registered Renewable Energy Certificate (RECs) trader in the renewable energy sector, we are inviting large power users and producers to register and be part of this initiative.

RENEX is currently the only Namibian company registered as a participant and registrant with The International Tracking Standards Foundation (I-Track Foundation), which places the RENEX in a unique position to register generation assets and trade RECs across the Southern African Power Pool.

RENEX has developed robust partnerships with leading industry experts for the establishment of a modern energy exchange in Namibia. The platform's unique, proven and integrated processes allow an off-taker to efficiently procure their specific electricity consumption profile, as well as associated requirements, such as Environmental, Social and Governance(ESG) aspects.
